Several companies in Bangalore and Chennai have declared holiday on Friday, 22nd July. The Rajnikanth starrer “Kabali” is set to release and companies have already declared holiday and free tickets to their employees, so they can enjoy the film on the First Day.

The companies took this action because the news come out, employees from different companies took the mass sick leaves to watch their favorite Super Star RajniKanth on First Day First Show.

On Tuesday, Manoj Pushparaj of Opus Waterproofing said,”this was an internal company circulation which was sent on Sunday. I could feel eagerness in my employees, so instead of mass bunk and mobile switch offs, I came up an idea to declared a official holiday on 22nd of July. It would also serve as a motivation to my employees like Diwali bonus, we treated them to Kabali Bonus.

Chennai Based Fyndus India Pvt Ltd has also declared holiday on 22nd July. After they got the notification, some employees tweeted this happiness on twitter.

  1. I wish our companies can take some lessons from them. Some of the Indian companies wont give leaves to the employees on Diwali and new year..
